What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands in the Simpson kitchen holding a pink telephone receiver to his ear and listening with a smirk. In the first image only his hand and the phone's handset are visible against a green wall, and he then turns his head toward the phone. Over the next frames he looks sideways with half-lidded eyes, then grins with wide eyes as he keeps the receiver pressed to his face, and finally glances over his shoulder while still on the call. Behind him are orange cabinets, a wall-mounted paper towel holder, a red bowl and an orange chair, and in the last frame baby Maggie with her pacifier is visible at the left edge near a ceiling fan. The dialogue suggests he is calling the Krusty Hotline, a recorded message from a clown that warns kids about asking parents' permission.
