What happens

Smithers, the thin man with glasses, a dark bow tie-like purple bow and brown jacket, appears first in close-up against a blue background, grinning with his teeth showing, then gives a slight smile and a sideways glance. Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, a bald head with a few blue-grey hair tufts at the sides, and a dark suit and tie, sits beside him against the same blue backdrop, squinting with a sly, sneering expression and his mouth opening into a toothy grin. Across the moment the view stays fixed on the two faces as Smithers's expression shifts from a wide-eyed stare to a smug smile while Burns tilts his head and smirks.
