What happens

Bart Simpson, a spiky-haired boy, lies on a pink hotel bed while a heavyset man with black hair and a light green shirt, a towel over his shoulder, tends to his hair and a red-haired man in a red jacket and bow tie holds up a pair of slippers. The scene moves from an exterior view of a large round blue hotel with pink sky and parked cars, to the cluttered room with a tray of food, junk food, and dirty plates, to a hand writing on a bill that lists Shirley Temples at $14.00, crab salads at $28.50, and other items, with a total of 20.00 and a blank NAME line at the bottom.
