What happens

Bart, in a blue suit and purple tie, grins and pumps his fists at a banquet table as a dark-haired man in a blue suit with a blue tie raises his hands to his cheeks nearby. A pink-haired woman in a blue dress with a red bow tie stands at a wooden podium with a microphone, accepts an envelope from an offscreen hand, and reads from it beneath a blue-lettered banner on a red backdrop. The scene ends with Homer in a blue suit looking uneasy beside Marge, with her blue beehive and pearl necklace, and Maggie with her pacifier, while an older grey-haired man in a purple suit sits with his hands clasped at his mouth and a woman in red watches.
