What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and pearl necklace, sits holding a Reading Digest magazine, first reading it and then turning to show it, its cover reading "Patriots of Tomorrow" Essay Contest! with a flag and a boy in a green sweater, and the smaller print below advertising a trip to Washington, D.C. Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, sits at a blue-covered table in a kitchen with a stove and purple cabinets, a plate of food in front of him, and he looks over toward Lisa as she grins and leans in toward him.
