What happens

Nelson, the bully in a blue vest with brown hair, stands in front of a red and blue banner reading 'CONTEST' and 'FIREWORKS' while holding a sheet of paper and shouting with clenched teeth. He gestures with his hand, then throws his arms out wide with eyes squeezed shut, and finally looks up with wide eyes while pointing the paper outward. Behind them, three uniformed judges in olive-green jackets and caps sit at a table with pencils and clipboards, with an older bearded judge in the middle and a red-haired judge on the right.
