What happens

Lisa Simpson sits against a block wall on a stair landing in a white dress and blue shoes, holding a small book and looking sleepy, while two men in blue suits and red ties shake hands on a white staircase in front of a columned building, one carrying a black briefcase. Next, two white cartoon cats in top hats and bow ties walk up the steps, and then an Uncle Sam-like figure in a striped top hat stands by a tray of green money as several white cats in top hats carry sacks and push toward it. The scene ends with the cats crowding around the money tray while the Uncle Sam figure looks on.
