What happens

Homer, bald and heavy with stubble in a white shirt, grins with his eyes closed beside a fence in the first frame, while a figure in a green go-kart with a striped umbrella drives out of a garage behind him. Homer then holds up a booklet titled 'Bar-B-Que with the Flanders', which shows Ned Flanders with his moustache and glasses and a woman with curly hair. Lisa, with star-shaped spiky hair and a red bead necklace, reads the same booklet at the kitchen table, where Marge with her tall blue beehive, Maggie with a pacifier, and Homer sit. Homer gestures and talks with an annoyed expression while Lisa keeps reading, and the booklet's cover and a 'The Simpsons' book are visible on the table.
