What happens

Bart Simpson rides a green skateboard through the blue sky above an orange building, then Homer, in a yellow protective suit with a white visor, holds a glowing green rod with orange tongs at a red counter while Mr. Burns, frail with a hooked nose, and his thin assistant Smithers stand behind him beneath a CAUTION sign and a radiation-symbol sign. Next, Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, reads a Mom Monthly magazine whose cover says Frosted Krusty Flakes at a store counter, while Maggie, with a blue bow, watches a clerk in a grey apron and pink shirt work at a register beside a red package on the counter.
