Ned Flanders and a woman with a big auburn hairdo in a pink vest stand under a tree on a grassy lawn, with Ned holding a wishbone

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and a woman with a big auburn hairdo in a pink vest (Maude-like, one-off character) stand under a tree on a grassy lawn, with Ned holding a wishbone. Homer, bald in a white shirt, stands at the right, glaring and then shouting while Ned and the woman look on. Homer then turns to look at the sky as a cloud-like thought bubble appears above a faded Ned, who holds his arms out and stands in grey trousers. Then the bubble shows Ned alone, wearing his green sweater and grey trousers, arms outstretched, while Homer stares up at it from the bottom left beside the tree.
