What happens

Homer, Marge, and Bart are first seen in the living room, with Homer gesturing toward a television showing a figure in a martial arts pose while Marge stands nearby in a green dress and red necklace. The scene moves to outside the Springfield Martial Arts Academy, where a karate fighter in white kicks in mid-air and another lies on a blue mat in front of hanging red punching bags. Bart in his orange shirt stands on the sidewalk beside Homer in a white shirt and blue pants, who then steps toward the glass doorway and gestures inside toward a room with pink hanging scrolls bearing Japanese characters.
