What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, stands at a store counter facing Ned Flanders, who has a moustache, glasses and a green sweater, and Ned rests his hand on a blue cup while the pair talk. Pink walls display an 'I'm with Lefty' shirt and a 'PINS' board, and the shelves hold boxed goods. The scene then changes to a rainy mall windowed storefront where a karate instructor in a white gi with a black belt holds a red-and-white striped box and smiles, while Bart and other boys in white gis watch from below. A 'VENDETTA' sign is visible in the window behind them.
