What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in his lavish study with a red-and-purple décor, first smiling with a sheet of paper in hand, then leaning in close to Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and pink tie, who stands beside a large white polar bear with its mouth open wide. In the wider view, a small Burns figure sits at a purple table near a tall arched window with rain outside, while a bald, heavy figure stands in front of the table and a clown-like figure sits on the floor at the right. A tall painting of Burns hangs on the right wall beside a red crest with a skull emblem, and a red chair sits near the window.
