What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a dark purple jacket beside a dark-haired man in a dark suit and blue tie who counts bundles of cash at a desk in a red-curtained room with a wooden door and coat rack. The scene opens on a pink-skied exterior of a purple house with a garage, then cuts inside as the two men handle money next to a grey cash box and a blue briefcase of banknotes. Burns leans on his hands and glances sideways, then Bart, with spiky hair and a blue jacket over a green shirt, steps up to the desk beside him as Burns grins with his teeth showing.
