What happens

Homer, in a blue suit and black tie, throws both arms up with eyes squeezed shut in a courtroom, while Marge with her tall blue beehive and other spectators watch from the gallery, one elderly bald man with glasses holding a white cigar-like object. The Springfield Shopper newspaper, headlined "SENTENCING TODAY FOR DINKY DON" with a cartoon of Bart caught in an octopus's tentacles, is shown, then Bart in a blue jacket stands alone on the tiled courtroom floor holding a small object as a suited man sits nearby. Finally, a close-up of a man with curly black hair, a large nose and gritted teeth looms over the nervous Bart.
