What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with grey hair at the sides, sits at a bar beside a slick-haired man in a navy suit and blue tie, while a bald heavy man in a green jacket and red tie stands behind them. Burns gestures with an open hand, then rests his chin in his hand with a worried look, and later a hand swirls a martini glass of orange-brown liquid over a plate with bottles behind it. The scene ends with a man in a black fedora and black suit sitting at the bar with a pink martini, a standing man in a green shirt and black tie touching his face, and two bald men flanking the table.
