What happens

Inside the pink-walled Simpson living room, Bart (spiky hair, orange shirt) at left and Lisa (star-shaped spiky hair, red dress) at right lean in toward a grey, clawed severed hand that rises above a lavender table in the foreground, with a spiky black-haired head visible below it. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, sits on a dark red couch in a green dress, first looking wide-eyed and then clasping her hands together with a small smile as the hand reaches toward the room. Homer, in a white shirt with a green-haired fright wig on his head, stands beside the couch on the right, mouth open and gesturing with both hands, while a pink arched doorway, framed portraits on the wall and a light switch fill the background. Bart and Lisa are shown making tense, bared-teeth faces during the first moments, and Homer's expressions shift from angry to startled across the clip.
