What happens

Homer Simpson stands behind a wooden picket fence on a suburban street while Ned Flanders, with glasses and a brown moustache, faces him from the right edge of the scene. Homer lifts a small dark object near his mouth, then grimaces, grins and squints, his expression shifting from talking to smirking as he leans in. Pink and white houses, green lawns and hedges line the street behind them.
