What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands on a suburban sidewalk in front of a pink house, waving a grey glove-like hand puppet with a black fuzzy cuff and grinning as he gestures. He then turns away while a green, spotted alien creature rises up behind him and clings to his shoulder. Next, a grey-haired man in blue overalls runs across the street carrying a wooden board with a nail sticking out of it, while Ned watches him pass.
