What happens

A man in white overalls and a cap walks at the left of a sidewalk beside a brick storefront, with a blue-haired woman in a teal jacket carrying a purple purse and a grey-haired woman in a blue dress and white apron walking alongside him. The two women continue down the sidewalk, while a bald, white-bearded old man in a green sweater and blue vest, leaning on a cane, stops and scowls, then yells with his mouth wide open. The scene then cuts to a brown greyhound lying on the grey pavement with the old man's bald head and white beard attached to its body, tongue hanging out, next to a red object and an orange stripe on the ground.
