What happens

Two police officers in blue uniforms ride silver motorcycles marked POLICE along a street, one of them lifting a donut to his mouth. Next, the view shifts to the underside of a brown car with a spinning wheel as it rolls down the road. The car then ends up flipped onto its roof and smoking in front of Springfield Elementary School, with a flag and a sign on the doors, and Bart Simpson, grinning with his huge red-haired companion behind him, appears in a close-up before Mrs. Krabappel, with her tall brown hairdo, holds up a test paper marked with a red grade in a classroom of students.
