What happens

A blonde girl with pink bows and a pencil sits at a desk before a world map in a classroom, while Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, watches beside a large man in a green sweater, and Bart, with spiky hair and an orange shirt, smirks in front of a red velvet backdrop. The scene then shifts to a living room where Santa's Little Helper, a brown greyhound, and Snowball II, a black cat, sleep on a pink and blue rug beside a red umbrella, with a brown couch behind them. Homer, in a white shirt and blue jeans, sits on the couch gesturing and speaking while Lisa, wearing pearls and an orange skirt, looks on beside him.
