What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, sits on a chair beside a red jack-in-the-box with a star and crank, from which Homer's spring-mounted head with red spiky hair and an orange tuft pops up. A heavy bald man with a mustache, glasses and a blue tie stands gesturing with an open hand while Bart in an orange shirt stands at his side on a blue rug in a purple-walled living room. In a close-up, the man's mouth moves as he talks, and then the scene returns to the wider view as Homer's head stays bobbing above the box, looking on with a grim expression.
