What happens

Homer, bald and in a white shirt, lies in bed under a purple blanket with his mouth open and eyes wide, while Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands at a dresser holding a tray with cups and straws, grimacing and looking sideways. Next Marge, with her tall blue beehive and orange bead necklace, glances aside in a pink room, and then Bart walks past a small television showing a green landscape, with a yellow curtain and a plant nearby. Homer lies in the bed with his eyes wide and mouth open as a tray with a cup and straw sits beside him.
