What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a white shirt and grey trousers, holds an ice cream cone and steadies a heavy brown-haired man in a tan shirt and blue jeans who has both hands pressed over his face at the pink Ice Cream and Beer stand, while a woman in a pink dress with a brown bob and an older white-haired woman in a blue dress stand nearby. The scene moves to a pit area beside a PIT AREA sign, where Bart in a red-and-white racing suit sits in the white Honor Roller race car with General Dynamics and Tang logos as a man in a blue cap holding a clipboard leans toward it. A close-up then shows that cap-wearing man with his mouth open and wide eyes, clutching the clipboard, with a large purple-clad figure in the foreground.
