What happens

A one-off salesman with slicked black hair, a dark goatee, a white lab coat and a pink tie first gestures with both hands toward the viewer against a blue curtain, then holds up an orange and green box labeled Spiffy Jr. He then rubs a yellow cloth over a large mottled green-brown object, which is shown as a rough block. In the final moment, Troy McClure, the reddish swept-back-haired man in a pink jacket, grins and holds a microphone in front of the same green object, with a partly visible letter on it.
