What happens

Homer and Bart stand in a pink room with a round porthole window; Homer, scowling and gripping a purple cup near his face, is joined by Bart, who looks on in the first moments, while Homer's expression stays angry and set. The scene then shifts to a TV screen showing a Spiffy display of orange-yellow jugs and bottles, where a man with swept-back reddish hair and a microphone stands beside a thin man with slicked-back black hair and a goatee in a white lab coat, who holds up a red tray and then a yellow glove. The lab-coat man's eyes widen and he grins as he holds the red tray, and the Spiffy jugs and a boxed product sit on the blue table in front of them.
