What happens

A stocky, flat-topped blond man in a white shirt, suspenders and blue trousers, plus a dark-haired, moustached man in a white shirt and tie, are at a diner-style bar counter beneath 'RIBS BBQ' and 'SLOPPY JOE'S' signs, with a red-haired woman behind the counter. The stocky man draws and fires a revolver, a bright flash lights the room, and white streaks cover the wall and ceiling. The stocky man then stands glaring with his arms folded while the dark-haired man, bleeding heavily, slumps and then falls to the checkered floor in a spreading pool of red. Signs on the wall read 'SPECIAL RIBS N' FRIES $3.99' and 'HOT LINKS', and a sign near a window says 'HIGH TAPS'.
