What happens

Patty and Selma, Marge's twin sisters with grey-violet hair, sit side by side under blue hair dryers with pink curlers in a salon, with a third woman in a green dress and orange beads beside them. At first Selma holds a printed list while Patty and the woman look on, then Selma and the third woman open magazines, Idle Chatter and Peepshow, and Patty reads a magazine with a beer bottle in hand. Their expressions shift from scowls to wide-eyed looks as they flip through the pages, with the Peepshow cover showing a figure with spiky hair.
