What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt, and Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses, stand facing each other on a suburban street beside a dark tar-like patch. Two men in white lab coats, one Black with a purple tie (Carl) and one with reddish hair in a green sweater, walk along the sidewalk with bald Homer in a white coat between them, heading toward a purple doorway while the two boys keep talking. Meanwhile a wood-paneled station wagon is parked at the curb, and a figure in a white coat steps out of its open door.
