What happens

Bart, in a red shirt with spiky hair, lies on his back while Marge, with her tall blue beehive, leans over him with her mouth wide open, and Lisa in her blue dress with star-shaped hair watches beside them as an older grey-haired woman and a Black man in a green shirt look on in a purple-cabinet kitchen. The group turns toward Lisa as she talks, with Bart staring up in alarm and then sitting up while Lisa and the others react. On a boxy TV screen in a purple frame, a blue elephant holds a red toothbrush in its trunk and brushes its teeth, with a small yellow figure visible at the edge and then a woman in khaki standing beside a bowl of fruit as the elephant holds the brush near its tusk.
