Homer Simpson and Marge Simpson stand together in the pink kitchen beside a green teapot on a shelf

What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and purple pants, and Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green dress with a red beaded necklace, stand together in the pink kitchen beside a green teapot on a shelf. Homer first stands with his hands clasped to his chest and mouth open, then raises one hand near his face while Marge looks at him wide-eyed. He lowers his hand, grimaces and rests his other hand on his stomach, and Marge clenches her teeth. Homer then leans in toward Marge, who puts a hand on his belly, and they face each other closely. Finally Homer looks away with a worried expression while Marge stands with her hands together near her waist.
