Barney is at the bar of Moe's Tavern, first slumped with eyes half-closed and then sitting hunched over a beer mug

What happens

Barney, the heavy drunk with messy brown hair and a pink shirt, is at the bar of Moe's Tavern, first slumped with eyes half-closed and then sitting hunched over a beer mug. Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a blue vest and bow tie, stands behind the counter with his arms outstretched toward Barney, while Homer, bald with stubble and a white shirt, looks on with a grimace from the foreground, flanked by a bald man in a green sweater, a brown-haired man in an orange shirt, and a blonde woman in a lilac top. Behind the bar, bottles line the shelves and a red-and-white banner reading "Sunday Bowling Spectacular" hangs on the wall. Barney gestures with his hands as he leans toward the bar, reaching for the mug, which is filled with beer.
