What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive, sits in a bathtub with her eyes closed, holding a purple shower head to her face, and then opens her mouth wide as she speaks into it. Homer, in a white shirt, stands in front of a green refrigerator with a heart-shaped note on it and holds a red telephone receiver to his ear, looking wide-eyed. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, stands at a crowd barrier with a megaphone raised to his mouth and his arm outstretched, while two officers hold a rope and a crowd of onlookers watches from behind the yellow-and-black barriers near a dark van.
