What happens

Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, wearing a pink shirt and tan cap, leans on a blue table in a kitchen while Homer, in a light blue shirt and tie, sits in the foreground with Marge's tall blue beehive peeking over his shoulder. Otto gestures and grimaces, Homer frowns and then looks alarmed, and Bart, in an orange shirt, watches anxiously from the right beside a wall phone and a red-painted doorway. By the end Otto has slumped forward with his cap-covered head resting on the table, while Bart stays wide-eyed and worried, with corn-patterned curtains and a heart-decorated envelope on the green cabinet in the background.
