What happens

Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, a tan cap and blue headphones with orange earcups, sits on a pink cushion in a garage while reading a booklet labeled DRIVER HANDBOOK. Bart, in his orange shirt, kneels on a blue mat facing him as he looks on with a small smile. Otto glances up from the booklet, flips its pages and turns toward Bart, with tools hanging on the wall, a red dolly and a cardboard box behind them.
