What happens

Lisa and Bart stand among a crowd of children, with Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, at the left and a girl with dark curly hair in a purple dress at the right, all looking toward a school bus door while a large yellow hand reaches in from the bottom of the scene. A close-up of a Springfield driver's license marked PROBATIONARY shows Otto's photo, of a bus driver with long curly black hair, an orange cap and headphones, and then Otto, in the same cap, drives the yellow school bus past a BUS STOP sign as children look out of its windows. The bus continues along a tree-lined street past a red STOP sign until it turns away toward the houses at the corner.
