What happens

Mr. Burns, in a blue sweater and headphones, stands beside a man in a white KBB 102 shirt with an orange quiff, both holding microphones in front of a row of dressing-room lights. Three long-haired rockers are interviewed: one with black hair and a studded collar, a middle one with reddish hair and a red vest who speaks, and one with blond hair and a red jacket with white stripes. The scene then cuts to a stage with a purple curtain and a SpiritTap banner, where a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt stands in the crowd and a man in a blue cap with glasses, possibly Milhouse, sits in the audience while a boy in the front row raises his hand.
