The Simpsons, “The Otto Show” (season 3, episode 22), 11:57–12:09
What happens
A yellow Springfield Elementary school bus, its door window showing a driver with long curly black hair, carries children past the pink storefronts of the street. The bus then tips onto its side in the road, with spilled crates and boxes around it, and a close-up of its rear bumper sticker reads "HOW'S MY DRIVING? CALL 555-8821." Nearby, a man in an orange shirt watches as several people at a row of telephone booths outside a building talk on the phones, before the scene cuts to the front of Springfield Elementary School with its flagpole and American flag.
