What happens

Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, wearing a pink shirt, tan cap and headphones, stands between a uniformed police officer on the left and the fat police chief Chief Wiggum on the right, who has his arms crossed. Otto talks and gestures, then plants his hands on his hips with a grin while the two officers look on. The scene shifts to Principal Skinner, neat grey hair and suit, sitting at a desk with pens and a blotter, first resting his head on his hand, then jabbing a finger upward as he speaks and finally pointing sharply to the left, with a plaque on the orange wall behind him.
