What happens

A girl with long wavy golden-blonde hair, a white blouse and blue plaid suspenders, who is not a regular, stands outdoors in front of a brick building with large windows and a green hedge, first with her mouth open and wide eyes, then grinning to show her braces. Bart in his orange shirt and Milhouse with blue hair, red-framed glasses, a lavender shirt and red pants stand beside her, with Bart watching and Milhouse looking off to the side as she gestures toward Bart with an outstretched hand. In the background, a red-haired girl in a blue plaid dress and white socks stands near a dark-haired figure at the left edge, and a picket fence runs behind the group.
