What happens

Bart, in his red cap and orange shirt, clings to the outside of a yellow school bus with one hand raised while the driver, a figure with long dark curly hair, sits inside the open door. Homer, in only a white diaper, swings a long pole with a net at the roadside, then crouches and lunges along the sidewalk beside a fence and houses as the bus, marked 'STOP WHEN RED LIGHTS FLASH', pulls away down the street. Homer finally stands on the sidewalk, shouting and waving the pole as the bus recedes, while white credits appear over the scene: 'Produced By Richard Sakai David Silverman' and 'Co-Producer Jon Vitti'.
