What happens

Bart, in a red cap and orange shirt, sits on an orange bus seat beside Milhouse, who wears a blue cap and red glasses and grins while holding a black Magic 8 Ball, with a jar labeled "Homer's Cookie Jar, Don't Touch" on the seat between them, and a girl with a purple bob and bow watches from behind. The scene then cuts to the Magic 8 Ball's answer window reading "ALL SIGNS POINT TO YES" on a blue background, followed by Milhouse peering down at the ball while a brown-haired boy in a pink shirt and blue vest leans over the seat back and smirks.
