What happens

Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair and light blue dress, appears first beside Bart and Marge, who has her tall blue beehive, as blue-clad workers carry a wooden crate labeled 'STEINWAY PIANOS' on chains over a grave with headstones in a dark graveyard. The scene then moves indoors to a purple room where Lisa leans over Homer, who lies on a bed in a white undershirt and shorts, looking pale and tearful with his eyes half-open. A can of Duff beer sits on a shelf behind them, and Homer's expression shifts from weary to wide-eyed while Lisa watches with a steady, calm look.
