What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, and an unnamed girl with long honey-blonde hair, a pink dress and braces kneel face to face on a wooden floor. A yellow hand holds up a Mickey Mantle card reading "Outfield New York", and then a picture of a sleeping, heavyset man in a white shirt and blue jeans stretched across an orange couch in a pink living room with a red telephone and a sailboat painting. The girl grips Milhouse's wrist, then grins with her braces showing, glances sideways and tucks her hair behind her ear.
