What happens

Homer Simpson, bald with stubble and wearing a white shirt, is first seen in bed with headphones on and a cord running to a cassette player on the orange nightstand, then the scene shifts to a dreamy overlay of Homer lounging in a pool wearing a green swimsuit, with a pink umbrella and a bowl of fries balanced on his belly beside a pink house and a sign reading 6 FT. Next, Homer lies on a striped rug in front of a television with Maggie, the baby with a pacifier and blue bow, sitting on his stomach, and in the final moment Maggie is still perched on him as he tilts his head back and opens his mouth in surprise.
