What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and in a white shirt, first appears in a close-up lying down with a dark round device over his face and a grey strap around his head, next to a blue pillow and a lamp. The view then moves to the Simpson house, with its pink front door and pink garage door, under a night sky that shifts to a pink-tinged sunset. Finally, Homer stands in his purple-cabineted kitchen, opening his mouth and raising a brown stick-like food to it, with a blender on the counter behind him.
