What happens

A young boy with a purple wizard-style hat and a red ribbon, wearing a white shirt and orange shorts, is a one-off character rather than a regular, so he is described as a small blond boy in a purple hat. He stands by a blue curtain at a window, strumming and singing a small brown mandolin-like instrument with a heart-patterned body. Through the window a suburban street shows a yellow house, a red toy-like wagon and a green lawn. He keeps playing and grinning, eyes closed mid-song in one moment, then glancing sideways while a tiny figure walks along the sidewalk at the lower right.
