What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt, stands in a crowded line with Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, and a girl with a tall brown hairdo in a pink pinafore, who is probably Lisa's... no. The girl with the bouffant brown hair in a pink pinafore is Mrs. Krabappel-like in build but is a one-off girl, so she is described only as a girl with a brown hairdo and pink pinafore. Beneath a marquee of numbered movie titles including 'Space Mutants VII', they stand near a theater entrance where a bald-headed man with a moustache peers over them from behind. Bart and Milhouse lean in with arms around each other while the girl's eyes shift sideways, and then the three stand apart with the Space Mutants VII poster visible beside them as the girl glances aside and Bart looks forward with a sullen expression.
