Sideshow Bob lies sprawled on a sidewalk in front of a Ma and Pa's storefront while Bart stands watching nearby

What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair and green sweater, lies sprawled on a sidewalk in front of a Ma and Pa's storefront while Bart, in an orange shirt and blue sneakers, stands watching nearby. A parade of red-uniformed marching band members in tall black bearskin hats passes by, with a drum major twirling a baton and musicians playing trumpets and tubas, and one drummer's bass drum sits over Bob's legs as the band marches past. An elephant with a red blanket reading "TEN..." enters from the right and stops beside Bart. On the ground near Bart lie a red apple and a wrapped gift box with a ribbon, and a sign above the shop reads "FOOD" in the upper right corner.
